1. Event Registrations
Registration fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by us.
If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
2. Course Enrollments
All course fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once the course has started or access has been granted.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
4. Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
5. Payment Errors
In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, refunds will be processed after verification.
